Pizza Catering for Weddings and Corporate Events
Live-fire pizza stations built around your run of show — weddings, receptions, birthdays, and private parties across New York City.
Four kinds of events, four different service styles
Different events need different service styles, even when the food is the same. A wedding wants a station that feels like part of the design. A corporate reception wants throughput and a short line. We build the setup around what your event actually needs, then match the service window and the menu to the room you are working in.
Below you will find how each event type runs, what the toppings bar and buffet-style service look like in practice, and how a pizza station slots into a catering plan that already exists. If you already know your date and venue, the quickest route is a quote request — we come back with availability and a setup that fits the space.
What most events share
- A two to three hour pizza service window that you choose, usually opening once guests have arrived and had a drink.
- Pies baked to order at the oven, so crusts stay crisp instead of sitting under a heat lamp.
- Staffing and service style scale with your guest count — from a backyard birthday to a reception in the low hundreds.
- The trailer needs a flat, accessible spot with a clear path in — no full kitchen area or large tent footprint.
Weddings
A wedding pizza station works best placed where guests naturally gather, usually near the bar or the dance floor.
We bake continuously through cocktail hour and into the reception, so guests eat when they are hungry instead of waiting for a seated course.
For couples who want a late-night snack, we can fire back up after the formal part of the evening. The oven becomes a backdrop people photograph all night.
Typical window: 2–3 hours, plus an optional late service
Corporate events
Corporate receptions, product launches, and team celebrations usually need one thing above all: speed.
We run a tight service line so people can grab a slice, keep talking, and get back to the room. Menu options can be branded to match the event.
We can serve in a dedicated area or right in the middle of the space. For recurring company events, the format is easy to repeat.
Service window usually opens at the start of the reception
Birthdays and private parties
Backyard birthdays, milestone dinners, and casual get-togethers are where the mobile setup shines, because there is no venue to work around.
We park in a driveway or a yard, set up the toppings bar, and let guests build their own pies.
Kids tend to hover near the oven, which is fine by us. Parents get a break, and the birthday person gets a story worth telling.
Most private parties run 2 hours of service
The toppings bar
A toppings bar turns dinner into an activity. Guests pick their base, choose from a spread of toppings, and watch their pie go into the oven.
It works for a small party where everyone wants something different and for a large event where you want people moving through the space.
We keep the bar stocked and clean throughout service. It is usually the busiest part of the setup, in the best way.
Vegetarian and kid-friendly options always included
Buffet-style service
For larger guest counts, buffet-style service keeps the line moving without turning the event into a cafeteria. We bake in batches and set out pies by style, so guests can serve themselves and come back for more.
This format works well when your venue has limited space for a service counter. It is also the easiest style to run for a mixed-age crowd, because nobody has to wait at a single point in the room.
Choose buffet-style when the guest list is long, the room is tight, or you want people eating and moving at their own pace.
Pies come out by style through the service window, and we refresh trays as they empty so nothing sits long.
See how a service day runsA pizza station as a focal point
A live pizza station is not just a food line. It is a piece of the event design. The oven, the dough work, and the fire give guests something to watch and a natural place to stand.
Planners often place it where they want foot traffic, because people gravitate toward it. That is a useful thing to have when you are trying to move a crowd through a room.
Service windows, timing, and adding pizza to a plan you already have
Most events run a two to three hour pizza service, and you choose when it starts. We recommend opening the station once guests have arrived and had a drink, so the first rush does not hit before people are ready. For a wedding, that is usually after the ceremony. For a corporate event, it is often right at the start of the reception. We will help you pick a window that fits your run of show.

Adding pizza to an existing catering plan
Plenty of our clients already have a caterer for the main course and add a pizza station as a supplement. Maybe it is a late-night option, maybe it is a cocktail-hour bite, maybe it is for the kids' table.
We can slot into an existing plan without stepping on another vendor's setup. Just tell us the timeline and where we fit in it, and we will confirm the space and power we need on the day.
What we need from you: the venue address, the service window, and the name of the other vendor so we can coordinate arrival.
What we handle: the trailer placement, the oven, the toppings bar, and a clean pack-down after service.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday by event booking.
Do you cater both small and large events?
Yes. We run setups for intimate gatherings and for events in the low hundreds. Staffing and the service window scale with the guest count, and we will tell you plainly what a comfortable pace looks like for your numbers.
Can you work with our existing caterer or planner?
Often, yes. We can add a pizza station alongside an existing food plan as long as the venue and timeline allow it. Share the other vendor's arrival and service times and we will work our window around theirs.
Do you need a lot of space?
The trailer needs a flat, accessible spot with a clear path in. We do not need a full kitchen area or a large tent footprint, which is why driveways, courtyards, and venue loading areas usually work well.
Tell us about your event and we will confirm the setup
Send the date, the venue, and a rough guest count. We will come back with availability, a service window that fits your run of show, and a setup that works in the space you have. If you already have a caterer, say so and we will slot around them.
