Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. That covers browsing the menu and package pages, sending an inquiry about a wedding, corporate event, birthday or private party, and contacting us about a booking you already hold.

You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated tools to scrape content. That includes bulk copying menu and package text, running bots against the inquiry form, or probing the site for weaknesses.

We may restrict access if we believe the site is being used in a way that harms us or other visitors. Where a restriction is applied, it affects site access only. It does not cancel an event booking that has already been confirmed in writing.

Questions about what counts as acceptable use, or about linking to our pages from your own event listing? Call the office during working hours and we will walk through it.

  • Photographs on this site are taken at real services on our own trailer, not licensed stock.
  • Event hosts may request copies of images taken at their own celebration by calling the office.
  • Menu and package wording changes with the season; the version on this site is the current one.

Site content

All text, images, and other content on this site are owned by Papa Gino's or used with permission. That includes the menu descriptions, package wording, and the photographs of our mobile ovens, dough stations and event setups.

You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing a link with a friend who is planning a party, or saving a package page for your own reference, is fine.

Reproducing, republishing, or using the content for commercial purposes requires our written permission. Copying our package descriptions onto another caterer's site, or using our photography in your own advertising, is not allowed without that permission.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry through the site does not create a contract. Here is how a request moves from first message to a confirmed date, and what stays an estimate along the way.

Estimates are based on the event details provided at the time of the quote. A rough guest count is workable; a range that doubles between the quote and the event is not.

Nothing in this section overrides the written confirmation. Where the two differ, the confirmation you signed is the one that applies.

How booking works
You send the event details
Date, venue, guest count and the kind of service you want. The more accurate these are, the closer the first number will be to the final one.
We check the date and venue
Availability, access for the trailer, power and setup space. If the venue cannot take the rig as described, we say so before quoting.
You receive a written estimate
Quotes we provide are estimates based on the details you give us and may change if those details change.
The booking becomes binding
Only when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Until both happen, the date is held as a request, not a booking.

Event bookings

Bookings are subject to availability, venue access, and the terms in your written confirmation. Deposits, cancellation terms, and payment schedules are set out in that confirmation, so keep the copy we send you.

If a venue cannot accommodate our setup, we may need to modify or cancel the booking. That usually comes down to trailer access, a safe parking position, or enough clear space for the oven and the service line.

Deposits

Deposits and cancellation terms are fixed in the written confirmation, not agreed verbally on the day.

Access

Venue access is checked before we confirm. If access changes later, tell us early so the setup can be adjusted.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling depends on the date you move to. Availability is not held while a new date is discussed.

Weather

Weather can affect an outdoor service. Where a covered alternative exists at the same venue, we use it.

Service window: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday by event booking.

Event services

Pricing and payment

Prices quoted are based on the event details provided at the time of the quote. Payment terms are specified in your booking confirmation.

Menu and packages

Guest count

Adding guests after the quote changes the dough, toppings and service time, so the final number moves with it.

Menu changes

Swapping a package or adding a station is quoted again. Changes are confirmed in writing before the event.

Service window

A longer service means more dough and more time on site. Extended hours are priced before the date is confirmed.

Venue location

Travel and setup time differ across the city. Moving the event to a new address may change the final price.

Payment schedule

The deposit and the balance dates are written into your confirmation. Nothing is charged outside that schedule.
